Introduction
SAFe Scaled Agile Framework® is a methodological support for Agile/Scrum in all types of projects, specifically including large projects and project schedules that are developed by multiple properly orchestrated agile teams.
This certified training provides the necessary knowledge to understand and lead the Agile transformation within an organization taking as a reference the guidelines and tools provided by SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework).

The first part of the course provides the knowledge and foundation necessary to teach the official Leading SAFe® 5 course and the second part focuses exclusively on the implementation of SAFe®.

SAFe Strategic Advisor. Certified SAFe® Program Consultant Trainer - SPCT
Michele Lanzinger has studied business administration at the Università Cattolica in Milan and the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He has worked in several management and strategy consulting firms in Europe, as well as founded and supported some startups across different sectors. Since 2014, Michele has focused on agile transformation using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). He is currently SPCT SAFe Strategic Advisor on Scaled Agile, and helps international SAFe partners like Estratecno to officially train professionals from all types of companies to implement business agility. Michele speaks fluent Italian, English, German and Spanish.
Ángel Galán - Certified
SAFe® Program Consultant - SPC - Agile Coach & Trainer
Ángel Galán is Senior Certified Scaled Agile - SAFe Program Consultant v5.1 (SPC) at Estratecno (SAFe Gold Partner) with more than 1,600 certified SAFe students. He is specialized in Lean/Agile transformations using the SAFe framework in large and medium-sized companies. He is a SAFe Trainer (Leading, RTE, LPM, SSM, POPM, DevOps, etc.), transformation consultant, organizer of the official SAFe meetups in Spain, designer of workshops and other Lean / Agile training. He has taught more than 60 official SAFe courses in the last 3 years.

All stakeholders in a Lean-Agile transformation are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the SAFe® 5 Program Consultant exam and practice as a Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant (SPC):
- 5+ years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product, or project management
- 3+ years of experience in Agile
- One or more relevant Agile certifications
- Exam Name: SAFe 6 Practice Consultant
- Exam question format: multiple options
- Exam development: online modality (single browser), closed book, without external assistance and timed
- Exam Access: Candidates can access the exam within the SAFe Community platform upon completion of the Implementing SAFe course
- Exam Duration: Once the exam begins, candidates have 120 minutes (2 hours) to complete it
Number of questions: 60. - Pass grade: 80% pass rate
- Laguage: English
- Exam Fee: The first exam attempt is included as part of the course fee if the exam is taken within 30 days of course completion. Each exam retake costs $250
- Retake Policy: The second exam attempt (first retake) may be taken immediately after the first attempt. The third attempt requires a 10-day wait. The fourth attempt requires a 30-day wait. Please contact support@scaledagile.com for any questions about retaking the exam
