Methodology

The training methodology is focused on the practice of all the concepts introduced, being an active and participatory course. The trainer will guide the participants in the development of the practices, favoring the fixation of concepts and tools, and ensuring that they finish the course with ideas on how to improve Kanban systems in operation and how to implement Kanban Systems at the organizational level.

  • Manage work while allowing workers to self-organize around it.

  • Limit WIP (Work in Progress) – Stop starting, start finishing!

Prerequisites

It is recommended to have experience and knowledge of Scrum.

Certification and Exam

Students who complete the course will receive the Scrum Kanban Practitioner (SKP) certification from Kanban University.

There is no certification exam. Participants receive the certificate based on attendance and continuous assessment.
